IMT Residential is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at IMT at City Park, a 240-unit community in Denver. This full-time position offers a TuesdaySaturday schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. This is a great opportunity to jumpstart your career in Property Management!

- Pay - $20.00 - $23.00/hr depending upon skills and experiences related to the role

Responsibilities- Guide prospective residents through the leasing process, from initial inquiry to move-in
- Showcase available apartments and highlight community amenities and features
- Deliver exceptional customer service while addressing resident needs and concerns
- Build positive, long-term relationships with current and future residents
- Manage lease renewals and support resident retention efforts
- Maintain knowledge of Fair Housing laws and ensure compliance in all interactions
- Help maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-presented community environment
- Conduct market research and assist with outreach efforts, marketing initiatives, resident events, and promotional programs
- Utilize MRI software to maintain accurate records, enter information, and generate reports
- Support the Community Manager with additional projects and duties as needed
- Has experience in sales, leasing, hospitality, or customer service (apartment leasing experience preferred)
- Enjoys connecting with people and creating positive experiences
- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Is motivated by achieving goals and earning performance-based incentives
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Works effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Brings a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
- Has a college education preferred but not required
- Is available to work weekends, as that is often when prospective residents need assistance
- Maintains a valid driver's license
