Working closely with the CEO and Senior Management Team, you will take full ownership of the HR function .This role is ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, enjoys building systems from the ground up, and is passionate about creating supportive workplaces You will build and develop a high-quality standalone in-house HR function, acting as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Senior Management Team on all people-related matters.
You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
You will modernise HR governance by reviewing and updating policies and the Staff Handbook, ensuring compliance with Irish employment legislation and maintaining audit-ready systems.
The role also involves driving workforce planning and organisational development initiatives, partnering with managers on employee relations and performance management, and overseeing time and attendance processes. xyswxtq
It is expected that you have a 3rd level qualification in HR with a minimum of 5 years experience in a broad generalist HR role with strong knowledge of Irish employment law.
Experience within charity or public sector would be an advantage.
