Originating Branch Manager

This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed, production-focused leader to oversee branch operations while continuing to originate loans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mortgage lending, team leadership, and relationship development with Realtors, builders, and referral partners.

• Manage branch operations while personally originating residential loans
• Recruit, train, and motivate Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs) to achieve production goals
• Build and maintain referral relationships to drive new business
• Ensure quality control and compliance with company and investor guidelines
• Deliver exceptional customer experience from application through closing

• Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license required
• In-depth knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, and other lending programs
• Proven leadership and team-building skills
• Strong communication and relationship management abilities
