This person needs to have carried out a similar role previously, have good experience in the residential sector from preconstruction stage to include planning & design to the building & delivery of large scale projects.
The ideal candidate also needs to be very commercially aware, can understand & update programs, deal with design teams etc.
This position is ideal for a professional with significant experience in managing multiple teams on various scaled residential projects for main contractors or developers.
