Business Central Functional Consultant I've partnered with a leading company in the Republic of Ireland delivering a large-scale government transformation programme and are seeking an experienced Business Central Functional Consultant to join their growing project team.
The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.
The Role As a Business Central Functional Consultant, you'll work closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to design and implement effective Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
You'll play a key role throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design through to deployment and user adoption.
Key Responsibilities Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into practical and scalable Business Central solutions.
Lead workshops and provide expert guidance on best practices across finance and operational processes.
Configure and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environments.
Collaborate with technical consultants, developers and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and end-user training activities.
Provide functional expertise during deployment and post-go-live support.
About You Essential Skills & Experience 5+ years' experience working as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant.
Proven track record of delivering end-to-end Business Central implementations.
Strong stakeholder management, communication and consultancy skills.
Experience facilitating workshops and gathering business requirements.
Solid understanding of ERP processes, particularly within Finance and Procurement.
Desirable Previous client facing experience.
Experience working on public sector or government transformation programmes.
Knowledge of best practice ERP implementation methodologies.
Additional Information Immediate interviews with prompt start date available.
