Key Responsibilities: Lead the day-to-day management of all on-site construction activities.
Manage and coordinate site management personnel, subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour.
Drive the construction programme, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Ensure full compliance with all health & safety legislation, company procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Lead site safety initiatives, inspections, toolbox talks, and audits.
Work closely with the design team and project management team to ensure timely resolution of technical queries and design issues.
Review drawings, specifications, and construction details to ensure buildability and compliance.
Maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and local stakeholders.
Candidate Requirements: Degree or trade qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.
Minimum 10 years' construction experience, with at least 5 years in a Site Management role.
Proven track record delivering large-scale renovation, refurbishment, extension, or complex building projects is ideal.
Strong technical understanding of building construction, sequencing, and site operations.
Excellent knowledge of Irish building regulations, health & safety legislation, and quality management systems.
Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate large site teams.
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities. xyswxtq
