Change & Release Manager (SAP) Are you an experienced Change & Release Manager with a strong background in SAP environments? Have you successfully managed complex release cycles across multiple integrated systems? Are you interested in joining a large-scale organisation undergoing significant technology transformation? About this role: Our client is seeking an experienced SAP Change & Release Manager to take ownership of end-to-end release management across a complex enterprise technology landscape.

This role will be responsible for coordinating software releases, managing multiple environments, and ensuring seamless deployments across development, testing, pre-production, and production systems.
Working closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners, you will play a key role in maintaining system stability, minimising risk, and driving best practices across release and environment management processes.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly collaborative team supporting critical business systems and ongoing transformation initiatives.
In this role you will need: 8+ years' experience in Release Management, Environment Management, or a similar role within a large-scale enterprise environment.
Proven experience managing complex ERP, CRM, and integration platform releases, ideally within SAP landscapes.
Experience coordinating releases across multiple environments, including development, testing, pre-production, and production.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes, particularly Change, Release, and Configuration Management.
Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders across technical and business teams.
Excellent communication, planning, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
Desirable experience: Strong knowledge of SAP release management tools such as SAP Solution Manager, ChaRM, TMS, and CTS+.
Exposure to cloud-hosted SAP environments such as Azure or AWS.
Experience using monitoring and performance management tools.
Previous involvement in large-scale transformation or ERP programmes.
What's on offer? Salary ranges from €90,000 to €100,000 and includes a competitive benefits package, along with the opportunity to play a key role in supporting and improving a complex enterprise technology landscape.
