Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day running of construction sites, ensuring efficient and safe project delivery.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour to achieve programme objectives.
Ensure works are carried out in accordance with project drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
Monitor progress against programme milestones and report regularly to the Project Manager.
Promote and maintain a strong health and safety culture on site.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, company procedures, and site-specific safety plans.
Candidate Requirements: Minimum 5 years' experience in a Site Management role within the construction industry.
Experience delivering residential, educational, commercial, or public sector projects.
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, programme management, and site operations.
Excellent knowledge of Irish health & safety legislation and building regulations.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and work packages simultaneously.
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities. xyswxtq
