This is a client-facing role suited to an advisor who enjoys combining technical financial planning with relationship management and business development.
The position offers the opportunity to work with an established client portfolio while also developing new client relationships.

Key Responsibilities Provide independent financial advice across a broad client base.
Develop tailored financial plans aligned to client goals.
Use cashflow modelling tools to illustrate scenarios and recommendations.
Advise across: Pensions and Retirement Planning Investments and Wealth Management Savings Strategies Protection Solutions Client Management & Development Manage an existing portfolio of clients with ongoing reviews.
Build long-term, trusted client relationships.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Maintain high levels of client service and engagement.
Collaboration & Professional Standards Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Stay up to date with regulatory changes, market trends, and product developments.
Maintain strong professional and compliance standards at all times.
About You You are a motivated and client-focused Financial Planner with strong technical capability and a proactive approach to client service and business development.
You are confident in explaining complex financial concepts clearly and enjoy building long-term client relationships based on trust and performance.
You are organised, commercially aware, and comfortable balancing both advisory and growth responsibilities.
Essential Requirements QFA qualified.
Minimum 2 years' experience in financial planning or financial advisory role.
Strong knowledge of: Pensions Investments Protection products Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets.
Ability to manage a busy client portfolio effectively.
Desirable Requirements Experience within financial planning, wealth management, or brokerage environments.
Exposure to cashflow modelling tools (e.g.
Voyant or similar).
Experience working with a broad range of client profiles.
