Kildare.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable contractor with a strong pipeline of work and play a key role in delivering a high-quality housing project from construction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities: Manage all on-site construction activities from groundworks through to handover.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, direct labour, and site personnel.
Ensure works are completed in line with programme requirements and project milestones.
Maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance on site.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure workmanship meets specification.
Liaise with the Contracts Manager, design team, client representatives, and local stakeholders.
Manage site logistics, material deliveries, and resource allocation.
Support the successful completion and handover of the development.
Candidate Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential construction projects, ideally.
Strong track record delivering on housing or apartment developments.
Excellent knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and site management practices.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple trades effectively.
Highly organised with strong planning and problem-solving abilities. xyswxtq
