You'll handle the engineering on site setting out, levels, quality checks and back up the Site Manager on the day-to-day.
Duties: Setting out for foundations, rising walls, drainage, kerbs, columns, beams and walls Setting levels and overseeing groundworks, block layers, steel-fixers, shuttering carpenters and pours Surveying the works and keeping subcontractor records Materials management with the Site Manager and Purchasing right specs, on time, minimal waste Irish Water liaison, QA folder and as-builts Supervising operatives, direct and subcontract Quality control and building control H&S inductions, audits, PPE General admin and document control Requirements: Degree or relevant qualification in Civil Engineering or Construction Site Engineer experience on residential jobs, ideally in Ireland Strong setting out and surveying groundworks, drainage, structures Knows how houses, duplexes and apartments go up Organised, good on records Can deal with the site team, subbies and Irish Water Solid on H&S and quality Package: Salary: €65k-€75k Benefits Package Vehicle or travel allowance If you are a Site Engineer looking for your next career move, please send your CV or call Declan Hasson for a confidential discussion.
