About the Role The Global Risk Data & Analytics Fellow will join the Global Risk team to provide data‑driven risk management support across the organization. The position is based in the Washington, DC area or remote for non‑local candidates and may be fully in‑person or hybrid (onsite Tuesdays & Thursdays). It reports to the Vice President, Risk and requires 40 hours per week. The fellowship lasts six months (September2026–February2027) with a monthly stipend to support expenses. Responsibilities Designing and identifying data sources and needs for Risk Management information dashboards and other analytical activities. Supporting documentation (data dictionaries and methodology logs), data cleaning and creation, and stakeholder coordination. Conducting executive data availability and integrity audits. Supporting projects such as platform and data needs assessments, risk data monitoring feasibility, and predictive risk modeling. Business case development for digital twins and agentic support, including use case proposals for AI for Risk. Designing key metrics and dashboards. Participating in departmental and general internal administrative support. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience. Proficiency in analytics tools, data science, and data risk management. Advanced Excel skills and experience with trend analysis and developing metrics. Experience in Finance or Risk in a corporate setting preferred. Ability to translate complex data for non‑technical audiences and develop data requirements from scratch. Comfort with articulating data journey and alternative options for sourcing data in absence of quality data. Strong problem‑solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication.
