- Manage a list of existing contractors, pump specialists and merchants, as well as develop a list of potential accounts - Work with the consultant sales team to assist where necessary to attain specification status on projects. - Create relationships with customers/contractors to become the go-to contact for pumping systems - this would involve a mix of virtual & face-to-face meetings with key contacts - Develop the number of live projects through a network of contacts, to increase the volume/value of the opportunity pipeline, and give feedback on the current status - Manage and secure orders from the secured pipeline of opportunities/quotes - Lead and propose commercial terms to win with a favourable outcome for the company
Sales Account ManagerSkills
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in the building services sector, promoting and selling products typically in an M&E system - Track record of exceeding targets - Have a network within M&E contractors, pump specialists in the North East. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable in networking with internal and external contacts - Knowledge of clean water boosting and/or heating systems - Commercial acumen with strong negotiation skills and knowledge of T&C's
