Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Apprenticeship Program in West Allis.
This program combines paid, hands-on training with related instruction to develop the skills needed to maintain and repair industrial manufacturing equipment. Ideal for: Current Quad employees seeking career advancement Students in mechanical or industrial maintenance programs What You’ll Gain Paid, on-the-job training Experience with advanced manufacturing equipment, including robotics In-demand maintenance and troubleshooting skills State of Wisconsin Certificate of Apprenticeship upon completion Training Includes Safety & Operations:
OSHA standards, tools, and equipment operation Mechanical Systems:
Bearings, belts, gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, motors Hydraulics & Pneumatics:
System components, troubleshooting, repair Installation & Setup:
Rigging, alignment, equipment start-up Maintenance:
Preventive and predictive diagnostics Machining & Fabrication:
