You will serve as a trusted partner to operations, finance, HR, and other functions—helping them understand their own processes, map dependencies across teams, and implement practical improvements. Where opportunities exist, you will explore automation and AI solutions to streamline repetitive or manual work.
What You’ll Do Process Discovery & Documentation
Conduct interviews, workshops, and observations with business unit stakeholders to understand current‑state processes
Translate findings into clear, structured process documentation, workflow diagrams, and standard operating procedures
Build a centralized library of documented workflows and processes across the organization
Cross-Functional Analysis
Map how different business units interact and where handoffs, bottlenecks, or redundancies exist
Identify dependencies between teams and surface misalignments that impact efficiency or quality
Facilitate cross‑functional workshops to align stakeholders on future‑state process design
Process Improvement & Optimization
Identify opportunities to streamline, simplify, or automate manual and repetitive tasks
Develop recommendations for process improvements and help prioritize them by impact and feasibility
Partner with technology and operations teams to evaluate and implement AI tools or workflow automations for processes
Track and report on measurable outcomes following process changes
Stakeholder Partnership
Build strong relationships with leaders and operators across business units to earn trust as a process advisor
Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences
Support change management efforts as new workflows and tools are rolled out
What We’re Looking For Required
0–5 years of experience in business workflow analysis, management consulting, AI/Automation, or a related field
Demonstrated ability to document and map business processes (e.g., process flows, SOPs, swim lane diagrams)
Strong analytical and structured thinking skills with a talent for breaking down complex problems
Clear written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to stakeholders at varying levels
Collaborative and adaptable—able to build relationships across teams and navigate ambiguity
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
Nice to Have
Experience in a management consulting, business process automation, or process improvement role
Experience in mobility, transportation, or operations‑heavy environments
Familiarity with process mapping tools (Lucidchart, Visio, Miro, etc.)
Exposure to workflow automation or no‑code/low‑code tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Airtable, etc.)
Exposure to AI tools (Claude Code, Copilot Studio, etc.) and Agentic AI
Experience working in high‑growth, operationally complex environments
Master’s degree in a relevant field (MBA, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, etc.)
What Success Looks Like
A comprehensive, living library of business process documentation across key functions
Clearly mapped interdependencies between teams with identified gaps and improvement opportunities
Measurable efficiency gains and reduced manual effort as process improvements are implemented
Strong stakeholder relationships and a reputation as a go‑to resource for process questions
A prioritized improvement roadmap that business unit leads actively support
