Driving marketing insights and strategy, the full-time Senior Data Scientist will analyze multi-source data, design measurement frameworks, and collaborate with marketing teams to enhance user acquisition, activation, and retention in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Build and maintain marketing analytics infrastructure, including dashboards and automated reporting for performance visibility Design measurement frameworks for campaigns, focusing on incrementality testing and attribution modeling to connect marketing efforts to business outcomes Lead experimentation initiatives, including A/B testing, and present actionable insights to stakeholders Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics, with at least 2 years in a marketing or consumer-facing context Strong proficiency in SQL and Python (or R), with experience in building data pipelines and statistical models Deep understanding of marketing analytics, including campaign measurement and funnel analysis Experience designing and analyzing experiments with a solid grounding in statistical inference Ability to communicate complex analytical findings clearly to non-technical audiences, including senior leadership
