About Your New Job As the EHS Advisor, you will maintain and develop the site EHS System in line with corporate and legal standards.
You will lead risk assessments, site inspections, and EHS improvement projects, collaborating closely with operations, engineering, and quality departments.
Youll directly supervise site EHS activities, support the Site Safety Officer, and oversee safety inductions, toolbox talks, and on-site training initiatives.
Conduct incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions across site operations.
Drive continuous improvement by promoting EHS best practices and leading compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and relevant Irish safety regulations.
What Skills You Need Minimum 3 years experience in a similar EHS Advisor role.
Third-level qualification in EHS is essential.
Expertise in Irish EHS regulations and ISO standards (ISO 45001 & 14001).
Experience in a manufacturing environment (desirable).
Strong team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
