Key Responsibilities
*Support individuals with day-to-day living, including personal care
*Implement and follow individual care and support plans
*Promote independence, choice, and community engagement
*Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team Requirements
*Level 7 degree in Social Care or relevant qualification (CORU approved)
*CORU registration (or in process)
*Minimum 6 months recent experience in a similar role
*Strong understanding of person-centred care
