Reporting directly to the GM, you will lead the production function within a modern manufacturing facility focused on assembly, testing, and distribution activities.
Key Responsibilities As Production Manager you will be responsible for: Leading and coordinating all day-to-day production & warehouse operations.
Managing, motivating, and developing production teams to achieve operational objectives.
Ensuring production schedules are delivered in line with customer demand and business requirements.
Monitoring key performance indicators and implementing initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality.
Driving continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing activities across the operation.
Collaborating closely with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.
Managing workforce planning, training, performance management, and employee development.
Supporting operational excellence initiatives and identifying opportunities for process optimisation.
Candidate Requirements As Production Manager you will possess: A degree qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations etc or a trades background along with 3+ years production mgt experience Excellent leadership, people management, and team development skills.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing & C I methodologies and experience using SAP or similar ERP systems What's on Offer Salary: €60,000
