Company description: Enercon GmbH Job description: Key Responsibilities Provide practical, solution-focused HR guidance to managers on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practice.

Lead and support investigations, grievance, and disciplinary processes with professionalism and integrity.
Deliver and drive HR projects and initiatives independently across the organisation.
Support Global Mobility activities, including tax queries, visa processes, and travel documentation.
Contribute to compensation processes, including benchmarking and aligning salaries with market data and internal frameworks.
What Were Looking For A third-level qualification in Human Resources (essential).
Minimum 3 years experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation (essential).
Understanding of Northern Ireland employment law (desirable).
Full clean driving licence (essential).
