Clinical Nurse Manager

Responsible for supervising all clinical staff functions in the employed provider medical practices. Establishes best practices in clinical workflow across Physician Practices. Responsible for ongoing clinical education and compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines. Will lead the employed physician practices efforts surrounding standardization of practices and population health initiatives in Physician Services practices. Work collaboratively with market leadership to attain performance targets with Accountable Care Organization (ACO) and Medicare Shared Savings Plan (MSSP). Actively contribute to quality monthly operational review. As new quality initiatives are identified, will lead local team to remain in compliance with quality programs.

Job Requirements

Graduate of a clinical training program. Graduate of a professional nursing program preferred.

Licensure to practice nursing in the Commonwealth of Kentucky or compact state required.

Valid driver's license required.
