Job summary As a
Payments Data & Analytics Associate
within the
Payments Product group , you will partner with Product Owners to understand business needs and deliver actionable data solutions across digital wallets and the broader payments space. You will develop and maintain scalable queries, reporting, and dashboards, and you will combine data from multiple sources to produce analytics that help guide decisions. You will collaborate across stakeholders to gather requirements, ensure data quality, and communicate insights in a clear way to both technical and non-technical audiences.
You’ll help strengthen analytics standards across the payments product group by championing best practices in data modeling, reporting, and insight generation. You will be comfortable operating in ambiguity, testing approaches, and iterating quickly to meet complex asks while maintaining high quality.
Job responsibilities
Partner with Product Owners to understand business needs and deliver actionable data solutions across digital wallets and payments.
Develop and maintain queries, reports, and dashboards using large database platforms.
Combine and analyze data from multiple sources to deliver descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics.
Support the creation and maintenance of data models, ensuring high data quality and consistency.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver insights.
Communicate complex analytical concepts clearly and concisely to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.
Champion data and analytics best practices within the payments product group. J
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Bachelor’s degree with four years of analytics experience.
Hands-on experience with SQL and Python for data analysis and reporting.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and actionable insights.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Exposure to AI/ML concepts and experience applying them to analytics use cases.
Demonstrated ability to work through complex asks by testing approaches and operating effectively in ambiguity.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Experience with Tableau, Adobe Analytics, and Alteryx.
Master’s degree with two years of analytics experience.
