Generating revenue through new leads and customer accounts, the full-time hourly Inbound Sales Representative will answer inbound calls, qualify leads, and create customer orders while working remotely. Key responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and qualify lead potential by asking discovery questions Quote clients based on their needs and create customer orders/accounts from new sales requests Utilize Salesforce/CRM software to input and track customer data while ensuring assigned accounts receive top-quality attention
Required qualifications
1+ years of proven inside sales experience with excellent phone presentation skills A strong sales mindset with the ability to assess lead potential Resiliency in dealing with changing circumstances and client rejection Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
