We are Regency on Whidbey, a retirement, assisted living and memory care community providing each individual compassionate care in a nurturing environment. We are looking for caring and compassionate individuals to join our team. Full-Time - Experience Preferred Assisted Living Excellent Community Leadership and Support As a medication aide, you assist our senior residents in their daily well-being, including personal services, medication assistance, and social-recreational activities. You will report to the wellness director. You Will:Complete nursing treatments and monitor residents' vital signs Maintain medication/treatment records, comply with regulatory, OSHA, and incident reporting guidelines Communicate with physician, pharmacy, and family as indicated to assure medications are received promptly Store medications and equipment and keep the medication room clean and orderly Follow the resident service plan including; assistance, bathing, grooming, administering medication, and other activities of daily living (ADLs), noting changes in the resident condition Demonstrate knowledge of and follow infection control procedures Support the dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and home-like environment for residents You Currently:Typical candidates have six months of experience in senior caregiving or med pass Can obtain CPR/BLS certification Compose reports in English Our Benefits:Medical Insurance/Dental Insurance/Vision Insurance Prescription Drug Coverage Vacation/Sick/Paid Time Off (PTO) - Based on State Paid Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Employee Discounts (discounts on movies, restaurants, gifts, and more) 401-K
