Work you'll do / Responsibilities As a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, you will work within an engagement team and be responsible for supporting the overall project goals and objectives. In this role, you will interact with stakeholders and cross‑functional teams. It is expected that you will be able to perform independent tasks as well as provide technical guidance to team members, as needed.
Serve as the primary accountability owner across Data & Analytics Platform Engineering and Agentic AI Platform Engineering owning deliverables, timelines, quality, and capacity alignment
Lead delivery of application integrations and conversational analytics capabilities built to enterprise standards
Drive agentic AI engineering delivery including AI agent portal development, reusable agentic frameworks, and enterprise‑grade AI agent and tool engineering
Own cloud‑native agentic architecture deployments and MLOps/LLMOps enablement ensuring solutions are scalable, compliant, and interoperable
Manage demand, capacity planning, and project scoping maintaining accurate forecasts and ensuring engineering commitments are met within agreed SLAs
Engage directly with business stakeholders and technology leadership to align delivery priorities and effort estimates

Qualifications Required
Hands‑on experience leading enterprise data and AI engineering teams
Experience in leading enterprise data warehouse design, data architecture, and semantic layer development ensuring strong data governance, lineage, and metadata management practices
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred
Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
Excellent Written and Communication Skills
Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New Jersey, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to New Jersey and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $125,000 to $155,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
