Quotation Preparation:
Preparation of quotations in SAP in coordination with the responsible Key Account Manager Order Processing:
Entry of customer orders including verification of terms and conditions as well as initiation of technical and commercial contract reviews Data Management:
Maintenance of customer master data and monitoring of deadlines Invoicing:
Preparation of invoices, bonuses, credit notes, and consignment stock billing Complaint Management:
Handling of customer complaints Sample Coordination:
Processing of sample orders Export Processing:
Preparation of relevant export documents (e.g. letters of credit, certificates of origin, bills of exchange) YOUR PROFILE
Qualifications:
Completed degree in a business‑related field Experience:
Professional experience in a similar role Software Skills:
Proficient in MS Office and SAP Personal Strengths:
Strong customer and service orientation Language Skills:
