Outside Sales Representative
to help expand our presence throughout the Milwaukee market. This position is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and partnering with clients to solve workforce challenges. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, strengthening existing client relationships, and working closely with our recruiting team to deliver staffing solutions that meet customer needs. Key Responsibilities
Develop new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold calling Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers Conduct customer visits and job site walk-throughs to understand workforce needs Present customized staffing and workforce solutions Partner with recruiters to ensure successful placements and customer satisfaction Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity Manage and grow a pipeline of prospective clients throughout the Milwaukee market Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of sales experience preferred Staffing industry experience strongly preferred Construction, manufacturing, or industrial experience is a plus Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Proven ability to develop and grow business relationships Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Comfortable meeting clients in person and working in a field-based environment Base salary of $55,000–$65,000 based on experience Uncapped commission opportunity $500 monthly vehicle allowance Flexible PTO Year-end performance bonus opportunities Supportive team environment with opportunities for professional growth If you're looking for an opportunity to build relationships, grow business, and be rewarded for your success, we'd love to hear from you.
