Position Lactalis US Yogurt, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is hiring an Advertising Copywriter based in Minnetonka, MN.
Key Responsibilities
Create concepts and communication across all marketing channels, including broadcast, PR and earned media, experiential, digital, and paid/social content.
Concept and pitch culture‑defining, headline‑grabbing integrated campaigns that elevate our brands' creative cache nationally.
Ensure integration of core brand creative, campaign messaging, and a sound strategic point of view into the work.
Partner with the art director and collaborate with designers to shape the intersection of communication and design.
Lead the concept and storytelling of national broadcast spots, high‑value social paid content, and experiential activations, working with top‑tier directors, production houses, and crews.
Manage freelancers and external partners to maintain brand consistency and quality.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience creating high‑profile integrated advertising.
Proven track record in world‑class, creative‑first advertising agencies.
Stunning, award‑winning portfolio demonstrating big‑budget, national consumer brand work (Broadcast, Earned, Experiential, Digital).
Education from a nationally recognized portfolio school or equivalent university communications program.
Ability to craft unique ideas from consumer insights.
Impeccable sense of brand tone, meticulous attention to detail, and deep consumer and cultural awareness.
Application of effectiveness tools and metrics (pre‑post creative testing, brand lift studies, MMMs).
Experience with paid social across META, Pinterest, and Reddit.
Strong prioritization and deadline‑management skills.
Team and independent work abilities.
Compensation Salary range: $90,000 – $105,000.
