The Virtual Sales Representative is responsible for engaging HCPs to educate, identify patients, and qualify leads, ensuring effective follow-up and conversion. Customers include but are not limited to physicians, healthcare providers, and healthcare clinic personnel.
Responsibilities
Execute client-directed outbound calls, emails, and virtual strategic interactions with assigned targets and prospective customers to deliver effective sales presentations.
Develop a daily/weekly call schedule to ensure efficient and comprehensive coverage of assigned targets.
Demonstrate territory planning with impactful pre-/post-call analysis proficiency.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions, including calls, emails, and appointments in the CRM system.
Clearly articulate the clinical benefits and value of the product to HCPs and office staff using educational resources and support materials.
Foster trust and credibility through consistent, professional communication in a virtual setting with HCPs and office staff.
Qualifications
BA/BS degree minimum required
2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience with a history of documented success
Expert selling skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively
Technical/computer proficiency
Effective prioritization and planning skills while ensuring adherence to compliance guidelines
Ability to work independently and as a team member while managing multiple tasks across multiple systems
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of specialty pharmaceutical sales experience preferred
1+ years of virtual/inside pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience required
