Junior Project Manager

Location: Irvine, CA Duration: 6 months

• Advanced Excel, Power Query + M, SQL, data profiling, reconciliation techniques
• Data quality checks, outlier detection, RCA methods, logging lineage
• Power Query (ETL patterns), advanced formulas, error handling
• Automation (Power Automate), parameterized queries, design patterns
• MS Project/Planner, RAID logs, schedule management, baseline
• PowerPoint (linked charts), Word templates, Power BI/Excel refresh
• Power BI (modeling + DAX) or Excel dashboards, viz best practices
• Pages, permissions, lists, JSON formatting basics
• Slide masters, data-linked visuals, storytelling

• Junior Project Manager
• A professional with experience in data validation & analysis
• Experience validating and reconciling data across multiple sources of data files
• Ability to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and root causes
• Strong proficiency in Power Query and Advance Excel
• Proactive mindset with the ability to suggest improved approaches
• Create and maintain weekly/bi-weekly status reports, project schedules and timelines, action item and project
• charters and documentation
• Design and maintain dashboards
• Intermediate SharePoint experience to publish and maintain departmental updates and pages
• Comfortable creating presentations in PowerPoint
