TRANSFER Software Engineer

Must have strong management and coordination skills

Diligence for dependency management escalation and motivation. This role requires heavy Agile, Scrum with a heavy load on coordination and speed.

Someone who can also function in a Scrum Master capacity.

8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years leading complex IT projects/initiatives (Mid Senior level)

Project Management Implementation - Hands on experience running technology initiatives, including planning, execution, and delivery.

Possess superb communication and people-interaction skills, and can collaborate and partner with others within and outside the team.

Effective facilitator who can actively listen, remain neutral, ensure all voices are heard and ask open ended questions. Ability to triage with key stakeholders, business partners and development team to drive delivery end to end. Go above facilitating.

Ability to adapt the methodology to the situation (not rigid).

Strong technical exposure and experience in web application development
