Ford's Fish Shack is hiring a highly skilled Kitchen Manager!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
• Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels
• Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high culinary standards
• Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth restaurant operations
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
• Create and update menu items based on seasonal ingredients

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role
• BILINGUAL HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Passion for delivering delicious meals and exceptional customer service
