Technical Project Manager L1

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager L1 who will be responsible for driving technical excellence, leading engineering teams, and delivering scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives. This role blends technical leadership, project execution, and stakeholder collaboration, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in Microsoft technologies and Microsoft client environments.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and ensuring projects are delivered on time with high quality.

• Lead the design and development of complex software systems and applications
• Define technical architecture, frameworks, and development best practices
• Ensure high standards for code quality, performance, scalability, and security
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and technical challenges
• Mentor and guide engineering team members, supporting technical and career growth
• Allocate tasks, track progress, and ensure timely milestone delivery
• Conduct technical interviews and support hiring initiatives
• Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
• Translate business and functional requirements into effective technical solutions
• Drive execution of automation runs and analyze automation results
• Track, report, and manage defects/issues identified during automated regression testing
• Implement and continuously improve development and delivery processes
• Ensure proper documentation, knowledge sharing, and technical transparency
• Support quality assurance initiatives to ensure reliable and scalable solutions
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and mitigation plans
• Participate in strategic planning and technical decision-making

• Experience leading or managing software development projects in a technical environment
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and engineering best practices
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies is strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent verbal and written business and technical communication skills
• Experience with automation execution, reporting, and defect tracking
