Job Description Gap Technologies, Inc. is a software development company that is breaking ground in the field of survey software for colleges and universities. We are a 12 year old company that is looking to add highly motivated and charismatic individuals to join our team. Responsibilities
This is an inside sales position that requires less than 25% travel to and from conferences and clients
Establishing relationships with decision makers among collegiate administrative staff that will further our company’s presence in the marketplace
Active participation in on-going product training for all solution lines
Closing the sale by understanding the client’s needs, providing solutions and gaining access to the decision makers at colleges and universities
Be a compelling and articulate speaker in a variety of settings while easily adjusting you message to match the audience
Qualifications
Strong written and oral communication skills
Must be motivated, disciplined, and self-directed with strong follow-up skills.
The ability to be assertive and persuasive without being aggressive
Active listening skills and the ability to read people
The ability to quickly learn new concepts and willingness to be mentored
Outbound phone marketing and cold calling experience
