Responsibilities
Oversee and mentor an engineering team of front‑end and back‑end developers.
Design and implement full SDLC DevOps platforms, including CI/CD, configuration management, and containerization.
Create large‑scale blueprints and roadmaps for current and future infrastructure technology.
Lead teams in an engineering capacity, allocating tasks, estimating effort, and managing conflicts.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and advanced design patterns.
Expertise in IT infrastructure, security, and technology trade‑offs.
Experience with backend and frontend development, coding reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to communicate with clients, users, and stakeholders; advanced English proficiency.
