Lead the Data Analytics & Governance technology function, setting strategy, driving the roadmap, and ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements while managing a cross‑functional team. Responsibilities
Set the strategic direction and lead a multidisciplinary development team that designs, implements, and supports Data Analytics & Governance technology applications. Partner with executives and business leaders to drive the Data Analytics Technology & Business Roadmap and accelerate overall technology transformation. Ensure compliance with the bank’s risk appetite framework and regulatory requirements. Deliver and execute the Data Analytics & Governance Technology Strategy, identifying improvements and ensuring alignment with enterprise standards. Determine required Big Data & Analytics platforms and tools, managing migrations and integrations across the enterprise landscape. Bridge business and technology, modernize platforms, and enable advanced analytics capabilities across the lines of business. Maintain service level objectives, reporting, technology architecture, and application availability in accordance with enterprise operating processes. Act as the primary point of contact for business partners and senior executives, translating strategic intent into tactical plans and performance metrics. Provide financial oversight of the annual development and operating budget, negotiating software license agreements and professional services contracts. Recruit, lead, and develop a diverse team of senior managers, technical specialists, developers, analysts, and quality assurance professionals. Develop training programs and coaching techniques to build a high‑performing team. Promote the bank’s risk culture, ensuring employees understand accountability for risk‑taking and adhere to the Risk Management Framework. Collaborate with industry partners, vendors, and academic institutions to support new technology needs. Qualifications
University degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field. Minimum 15 years progressive experience in the computer science or information technology industry, including technical leadership, project management, and management responsibilities. 5+ years designing and implementing innovative Big Data, Advanced Analytics, and Business Intelligence applications in large/Fortune500 companies. Advanced knowledge of technology implementation processes and systems development lifecycle. Working knowledge of core enterprise competencies, standards, tools, and methodologies. Strategic visioning, agility, and advanced managerial leadership capability. Expert ability to manage multiple high‑complexity projects of strategic importance. Capacity to provide long‑term strategic guidance to a major technical or business unit. Exceptional relationship management, coaching, and communication skills. Ability to translate broad strategic intent into tactical and operational plans. Strong influence, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Salary and Benefits
Base Range:
$225K – $285K USD (Salaried). Supplementary compensation may include performance‑based incentives, discretionary bonuses, and other perks.
