As a Senior Chanel Sales Representative here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in driving the company's sales growth through effective channel management. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners by providing product training, support, and guidance.
Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with channel partners to deliver value-added solutions.
Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth.
Provide mentorship and guidance to channel sales representatives, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

You Must Have
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.
Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
