What You’ll Earn $50,000 – $90,000 / year (hourly base pay + uncapped commission)
Your performance directly drives your income.
What You’ll Do
Help customers find the right sleep solutions using a consultative sales approach
Build trust and create a positive, welcoming in-store experience
Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
Develop product knowledge that builds confidence and credibility
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and people skills
A positive, team-oriented mindset
Motivation to succeed in a performance-driven environment
Retail or sales experience is a plus — but not required
