Sales & Business Development Representative Full‑time position.
Expert Water Removal is a full‑service insurance repair specialist providing 24‑hour emergency water, mold, fire, and smoke cleanup and restoration services, expanding to the Fort Myers / Naples area. Our customers enjoy turnkey services from a single source provider, easing communication, project management, record‑keeping, and paperwork flow from project start to finish.
Develop and grow new business opportunities and maintain current relationships; also execute marketing activities in accordance with our company’s success strategies.
Expected to work at least 40 hours per week with some weekend and evening hours required as needed.
Responsibilities
Route market insurance agents as per company program.
Warm and cold call 10 potential business leads.
Review all new jobs in contact‑management software to find additional referral sources.
Execute approximately 60 face‑to‑face visits.
Complete 2 luncheon presentations.
Use Send Out Cards to stay in front of business leads.
Maintain social media presence: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
Qualifications
Excellent time‑management and organization skills.
Extraordinary communication skills, verbal and written.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with CRM software.
Understanding of the restoration industry and/or local market is an asset.
Knowledge of construction and insurance processes is a plus.
Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract required.
Must be self‑motivated, enthusiastic, and have an aggressive attitude toward sales.
