Lead revenue generation for our digital solutions & SaaS products, driving growth across all channels and aligning effort with the company’s strategic goals. Responsibilities
Develop and execute revenue growth strategies across all channels. Identify new revenue streams and expansion opportunities. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align revenue goals. Analyze market trends and customer insights to optimize tactics. Develop and manage budgets, forecast revenue and expenses, and implement financial controls. Identify cost‑saving and efficiency opportunities. Build and lead a high‑performing revenue team, providing mentorship and guidance. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Champion customer‑centric initiatives to enhance satisfaction and retention. Provide insights and recommendations for long‑term strategic planning and competitive advantage. Qualifications
10+ years of sales and revenue operations experience in a SaaS organization. Proven track record of building and growing high‑performing teams. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills at the C‑Level. Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Technical knowledge of complex systems and organizations. Experience directing and leveraging global teams for maximum benefit. Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including international travel. Compensation & Benefits
Annual Base Salary Range : $146,200 – $290,010.
Salary Incentive Eligible : Yes.
Sales Commission Eligible : No. Benefits
