Interface with customers, field technicians, and other departments to focus on customer service. Responsible for growing local services business by developing new account opportunities and maintaining existing relationships within the territory, ensuring open communication regarding work schedules and expectations. Serve as a key component for local Key Accounts business. Key Responsibilities
Meet monthly and quarterly service sales quota (contract sales and repair sales) Meet monthly and quarterly service quoting quota (contract sales and repair sales) Understand the company’s quoting and CRM process and systems Submit forecast and reports in a timely, legible manner Strong communication, time‑management, negotiation, and follow‑up skills Call on local end users continually (in‑person visits) Maintain relationships with major customers Foster relationships with new prospects Provide customers with all requested service reports Understand AAADM Certification Possess knowledge and understanding of door hardware/electric door hardware functions Involved in all customer complaints and resolution process Knowledge of competition pricing, strengths, and weaknesses Join and maintain professional associations Complete understanding of workflow with Dispatch/Administrative Assistant in local District Any other related duties as required or assigned Qualifications
Marketing or business degree preferred 2–3 years’ experience in a business development/sales environment High level of organization Ability to work well within a team environment Self‑motivating, problem‑solving, capable of managing multiple projects Professional appearance Positive attitude Grace under pressure Accuracy and attention to detail Sharp analytical skills Exceptional organization skills Ability to take direction well Excellent verbal communication skills High‑energy, results‑oriented approach Reliable and disciplined Excellent follow‑up skills Working knowledge of MS Office products Familiarity with CRM systems Benefits
