Implement a sales strategy targeted at decision‑makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business.
Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family.
Sell cloud‑based HR solutions and strategically cultivate additional business within existing accounts.
Collaborate Daily.
Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the overall network while demonstrating grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards.
Required Qualifications
Acumen Using New Tools.
Quick to learn new tools and technology; believes in leveraging real‑time data to assist clients and prospects throughout their buying journey.

Upbeat and persistent style; proactive outreach; manages time effectively and presents ideas in a clear, professional manner while using go‑to‑market technology throughout the sales process.

Always learning, growing, and questioning past practices to improve outcomes.
A college degree is great but not required. Acceptable experience includes two or more years of previous sales experience or completion of a sales internship, and military experience that lends teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust‑building, and a never‑lose mentality.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior quota‑carrying experience.
Demonstrated ability to successfully build a network via social platforms.
Experience with video platforms.

Compensation & Benefits Base salary offers may vary based on location, skills, and experience. Positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, matched retirement savings, wellness program, short‑ and long‑term disability, charitable contribution match, holidays, personal days & vacation, paid volunteer time off, and more. The compensation range for this role is USD $15.00 – USD $28.27 per hour*.
*Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state, and local laws.
