Job Description Seeking inside sales professionals who are
highly motivated, results-oriented, and energetic self-starters
who want to be part of a winning team that makes things happen now. Primary responsibility is the sales or rental of new or used GPS survey equipment. The company will provide training, a base salary, benefits, and commissions.
Meet and exceed revenue and monthly quota objectives of $100k per month;
Generate 3 - 5 sales quotes per a week; Build and manage sales pipeline, including qualifying sales opportunities;
Develop a sales pipeline through online sources, customer contacts, social networks;
Provide timely response to product inquiries and demonstration requests;
Record and maintain all sales activities in CRM;
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast paced, team environment.
Qualifications
College Degree or equivalent work experience
2-3 years of sales experience
Outgoing personality with no call reluctance
Ability to understand and sell technical equipment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Must have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record
Pass a drug test and background check
Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary of $40k per year plus commission and performance bonus;
Discretionary bonus based upon individual performance;
Group health care in which the company pays 50% of the employee's premium;
Simplified Employee Pension (SEP) in which the company grants up to 25% of the annual compensation
