Key Responsibilities
Support the account managers with client management.
Support the sales team by identifying new business opportunities.
Help prepare presentations and documents for existing and new clients.
Provide support to the whole team on various client‑related duties.
Help the marketing team with social media and posts.
Program Details Hours: 20 per week. Hours of operation: 9 am–5 pm (flexible). Days: Monday – Friday (flexible). Program length: 2.5–3 months. Looking for someone to become a Junior Sales Representative after internship.
Qualifications
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize time‑sensitive assignments.
Fearless – not afraid to be a bold and outside‑the‑box thinker.
Strong problem‑solving through the use of analytical methods and concepts.
Excellent listening, verbal and written skills.
Ability to research, compile, and draw out key findings from internal and external sources.
Self‑starter capable of working across multiple functional teams.
Demonstrated proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.).
Spanish a plus (not required).
Additional Information
Prior experience in food ingredient sales.
Experience in sales and acquisition.
Spanish language skills (not required).
Self‑motivated.
