Deliver first‑class cost optimisation and capacity management that is easy to use, highly enabling, and well integrated with Salesforce’s centralised infrastructure and tooling. Support cost analytics and forecasting infrastructure across and within major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure, 1P). Balance isolation and cost efficiency for hundreds of teams and thousands of users leveraging the data‑analytics platform. Integrate AI agents to ease and accelerate platform usage, targeting 75%+ autonomous success rates. Architect a Token‑Optimization Index (TOIN) to manage Salesforce’s AI/LLM spend with the same rigor as infrastructure cost optimisation. Achieve 99% forecast accuracy while supporting rapid scaling of Data Cloud, Agentforce, and C360. Design for multi‑cloud by default, providing cost visibility, reservation management, and forecasting without duplicating infrastructure. Position Salesforce as the de‑facto destination for infrastructure analytics and a turnkey platform for cost‑conscious engineering. You're Our Person If
