What You Will Achieve Support Pfizer’s biotherapeutics portfolio by contributing to analytical testing for process development of antibody–drug conjugates (ADCs) and monoclonal antibodies (mAbs).
How You Will Achieve It
Follow procedures with general instructions and work under moderate supervision with regular review
Perform routine testing of in-process samples, pre‑formal stability support, and automation development
Support process development activities
Compile data, prepare presentations, and support lab automation initiatives
Qualifications Must‑Have
Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years’ experience OR Master’s degree with 0+ years
Experience with analytical techniques (UPLC, CGE, icIEF)
Strong problem‑solving and documentation skills
Effective communication and teamwork
Proficiency in using scientific software and the Microsoft Office Suite
Hands‑on lab experience
Strong background in experimental design and result interpretation
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in using personal computers for word processing, Excel, PowerPoint, and scientific software
Nice‑to‑Have
Prior experience with in‑process analytical support for ADC or mAbs
Experience with techniques such as SE‑UPLC, icIEF, CGE, Mass Spectrometry
Familiarity with liquid handling robotics systems (Tecan, Hamilton)
Experience with mass spectrometry software (Byosphere, Byos, Xcalibur)
Strong problem‑solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Experience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, to support problem solving and enhance productivity
Non‑Standard Work Schedule, Travel or Environment Requirements Some travel may be required.
Compensation & Benefits The annual base salary for this position ranges from $68,600.00 to $114,300.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 7.5% of the base salary.
