*Job Summary:*
We are seeking a reliable and detail oriented baker to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for baking, enjoys working in a fast paced environment and takes pride in producing consistent, high quality products.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* prepare and bake a variety of products including breads, pastries and other baked goods.
* follow recipes accurately while maintaining consistency in taste and presentation
* measure, mix and shape doughs
* maintain a clean and organized workspace, following food safety
* help with opening and closing duties as required
* collaborate with team members to ensure efficient daily production
*Qualifications:*
* previous baking experience in a commercial setting preferred.
* knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients and food safety
* ability to work early morning shifts and stand for extended periods
* strong attention to detail and time management skills
* ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
