Responsibilities: Build and scale production-ready full stack applications supporting a predictive analytics platform Partner closely with Product Managers and Designers to deliver high-quality user-focused features Develop and integrate AI/ML-driven workflows into core applications Contribute to architecture decisions and help evolve technical standards across the platform Collaborate with data and analytics teams to embed advanced modelling into user-facing tools Participate in discussions with senior stakeholders to align technical delivery with business objectives Ensure high standards of code quality, testing, and performance optimisation Must Have Qualifications:
Strong full stack engineering experience (frontend + backend development) Proficiency in Python (required), plus Node.js and modern frontend frameworks (React preferred; Vue or similar acceptable) Experience building production-grade applications with exposure to AI/ML-driven functionality Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or equivalent) Product-focused mindset with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Strong communication skills with experience working cross-functionally with business stakeholders
