Job Description Primary Responsibilities
Demonstrate product integrations on various platforms
On-site Support
Troubleshooting
Develop and implemented solutions for customers
Case tracking management
Provide technical support documentation
Confer with Engineering and Research & Development on case escalations
Qualifications Requirements
C/C++, Java, ARM
Excellent problem solving skills
Quickly learn & understand code written by others
Multitask, prioritize & follow through
Work with limited supervision
Travel
Preferred Experience
Embedded RTOS
Experience with Embedded development tools
Experience developing & debugging Embedded software
DM
OMA
Wireless client/server architecture
Education
BS (or MS) Computer Science related degree
