Inside Sales Professional (Closer)
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85034 – This position is onsite
Pay: Uncapped Commission – On target earnings $100K+ in first year $36,000 per year base salary
Type: Contract to hire
Schedule: M-F, or Tues-Saturday rotating schedules assigned, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM Last Saturday of every month is required 55+ hours worked during peak season(s)
Training schedule: M-F, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM for about (14) days - Start calls by week 2 or sooner

Job description:
Conduct virtual roofing consultations with homeowners by reviewing satellite roof measurements, presenting customized quotes, and guiding customers through product and package options.
Educate homeowners using a proven virtual sales process, including pre-call educational videos, photo reports, and live slideshow presentations to build trust and drive urgency before pricing is discussed.
Close roofing sales by identifying customer needs, recommending the best-fit solution, and achieving individual revenue and performance goals within a high-energy sales environment.
Manage customer relationships through long-term follow-up, referral generation, and review outreach while delivering an exceptional homeowner experience from consultation to close.
Support business growth by prospecting new opportunities with custom homebuilders and commercial projects, leveraging permit leads and continuously improving through training, coaching, and daily performance development.
Requirements:
